STC launches the definitive solution for Common Rail injectors

About the part number T439403, is a tool specially developed to facilitate removal of copper sealing washers used in diesel injectors. The washers are placed in the head which is located in the lower part of the injector and is often so deep inside the cylinder that it makes almost impossible extraction with a peak. The injection gaskets are subject to the failures and accumulations of carbon around them makes the work even more diﬃcult. The instrument is sharpened and threaded so as to be screwed into the centre of the washer, and this provides grip and the sliding hammer can be used to break the seal between the washer and the cylinder head allowing its removal. This simple gasket extractor for diesel injectors is a new solution that STC makes available to its customers.
