Product Development Process
Initial risk analysis
We determine the potential risks, in order to determine the most suitable validation criteria for each project.
Approval of samples
We made some samples for testing, as a pre-production phase and introduction to the catalogue.
Control of the first samples
Already in the mass production phase, we submit the first samples to an exhaustive control and we assess their adaptation to the established criteria in the first point.
Process stabilization
Once the samples have been approved and tested, we continue to maintain a high level of control over the production processes.
Incident prevention
We apply a strict sampling system that varies according to the product, to detect, avoid and/or correct possible incidents.
The commitment with our clients
- We visit workshops to gather information and improve both our processes and the final products.
- We have specific departments to manage returns, warranties without collateral damage as well as Warranties with Collateral Damage.
- We request feedback from customers to correctly identify the incident, to give an answer in the minimum possible time and with the maximum efficiency.
