We made some samples for testing, as a pre-production phase and introduction to the catalogue.

Already in the mass production phase, we submit the first samples to an exhaustive control and we assess their adaptation to the established criteria in the first point.

We apply a strict sampling system that varies according to the product, to detect, avoid and/or correct possible incidents.

  • We visit workshops to gather information and improve both our processes and the final products.
  • We have specific departments to manage returns, warranties without collateral damage as well as Warranties with Collateral Damage.
  • We request feedback from customers to correctly identify the incident, to give an answer in the minimum possible time and with the maximum efficiency.
